SRX13414599: RNASeq of Drawida ghilarovi

Design: RNA was purified using the PureLink RNA Micro Kit (Invitrogen, USA). RNASeq library preparations were carried out with 1 g of total RNA using the TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit (Illumina, USA) according to themanufacturers instructions with small modifications (4min RNA fragmentation time and 12 PCR cycles). The quantity and quality of the libraries were assessed using the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 System and DNA High sensitivity kit (Agilent Technologies, USA). After normalization, barcoded libraries were pooled and sequenced on the NextSeq550 sequencer using the NextSeq 550 Mid Output v2 Kit 150 cycles (Illumina, USA).
